What got you into cosplay?
One of my best friends, Mikata, was going to miss Otakon 04 for the first time in 3 years due to work. I said, on a whim, "If you can come, I'll cosplay!"... I'm not one to back out on my word so... Yeah. I definately don't regret it and it's gotten me a bit addicted into the idea of cosplaying. I highly doubt I'll ever go all out as some of the other people do, but who knows. I told myself I'd never cosplay and look where that got me... ^_^
What was your first costume and why?
Inuzuka Kiba from Naruto. I was never big on the idea of cosplaying personally but I was huge into Naruto so I wanted to wear something not too outrageous but still cool so I went with Kiba.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Kiba always gets the loving >_> Although I do love my Tsubasa costumes too... And I always have a hell of a lot of fun running around in Hayner. I do love my Sniper costume, despite not playing RO, as it's so easy to wear and comfy. My Beatmania IIDX costumes are slowly winning over anything else though XD
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I'd love to take a stab at Syaoran's costume from the second CCS movie or just his regular robes.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
It's all fun ^_^ I just really like to meet new people. It's great being able to talk to other cosplayers and make friends that way.

What was your best masquerade experience?
I really don't have a "best" experience per say... I almost always have fun with it. I'd like to do something more than a walk-on sometime though.

Tell us a little about yourself
I'm a 2005 graduate from the University of Guelph in Guelph, Ontario with an Honours Bachelor of Environmental Science with a major in Earth and Atmospheric Science with a minor in Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Policy. Work fulltime as a customer support/data processor at a airborne-laser based surveying company. At first glance, I don't appear to be your typical anime fan. I love anime and I'm obsessed with Asian and Japanese culture but I tend not to talk about it unless others prompt me. However, looking at me and knowing my persona, most people don't expect me to be an anime fan. However, my backpack and keychains tell a different story with my association of pins and other anime mascots. I've been a hardcore anime fan since around 1998 and liked anime long before I knew what 'anime' was. I remember watching the first dubs of Sailor Moon and Dragonball early on YTV (Canadian kid-oriented channel) mornings and didn't really catch onto to anime until I finally bought a dubbed Slayers OVA tape. Yeah, that's enough ranting for now. I'm generally a friendly guy, so feel free to harass me. Just let me know who you are first ^_^

Square Soft/Enix fanboy, but really most RPGs in general: Final Fantasy 4, 6, 7, X, Chrono Trigger, Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, Tales of the Abyss Gotta love Mario Kart on any of the Nintendo systems. Dance Dance Revolution is awesome too, except I hardly ever play these days, and it really shows. Slowly getting addicted to Beatmania but I suck at it.

I don't read for pleasure. It bores me. Unless it's in manga format.

All time favorite is Syaoran from CCS XD Except I'm too tall/old to cosplay him. Ah well.
