What got you into cosplay?
My friend's older brother dragged us to a con in 2006. We came out as changed women.
What was your first costume and why?
An ita lolita maid, because the costumes were cheap.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Fairy Vriska, just because I feel so cute in it! Vriska is one of my all-time favorite characters and her fairy outfit makes me happy
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Not really. I take things one con at a time, since my interests and skills change a lot!
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
My second cosplay (that will never see daylight) was a complete failure. I had the skirt and beak that I needed, but my friend was bringing me the top so that I wouldn't mess it up in the car. Needless to say, she forgot the top and I went around in my beak, shirt, and hoodie for the entire day.
Do you participate in masquerades?
Not yet, but I hope to once I find a group and some inspiration!
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm currently the head designer and seamstress for our school's theater program! I do all of the wigwork, sfx makeup, quickchanges, and costuming!
