What got you into cosplay?
Seeing all the pretty costumes at conventions ^^
And I've always loved making things, so how hard could cosplay be?
What was your first costume and why?
Lina Inverse. I can't remember exactly why, I just really loved Slayers at the time, and Lina kicked ass.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Constantly changing. Right now it's probably a tie between Etna, Ocelot, and Envy.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
This changes A LOT, since there are so many I'd love to do. Right now, I'd have to say the Boss from Metal Gear Solid 3. I love her character, she's very strong and interesting. She also has a really cool costume that looks like it'd be a bitch to make. So it'll be a while before I get to this one.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Staying up in the wee hours working on my first costume. Then threatening to kill people when it fell apart the next day. Thankfully my experiences have been uphill from there ^^
Do you participate in masquerades?
I have in the past, but I don't currently plan to enter again. They eat up most of Saturday, and, as horrible as this sounds, I can get really competitive, so I think it's best that I don't get too involved with them, as nice as a shiny award would be.
What was your best masquerade experience?
When I entered my Lucia costume, I was stuck in the masquerade lines for more than six hours (plus waiting back stage during the show), and I was just plain hungry and depressed and sick. I also tend to get bad stage fright. But when I got on stage, everyone was cheering. And one guy stood out, he was screaming my character's name, and getting all excited. It really pumped me up, and made me feel sooo much better. I was seriously about to cry while back stage, I was having such a bad time there. Amazingly, that was not my worse masquerade experience XD
More recently, Ed and I entered together at AWA, and it kinda sucked, but somehow we still managed to have fun, despite the nearly getting sick backstage ^^;
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Cosplay Lab Look a-like. But not a real contest.
Tell us a little about yourself
College student, I like to draw and design stuff. I work at a fabric store, and it isn't a bad job. Just like any other, customers can get annoying (at least it isn't as bad at the cutting counter as it is at the register)

Fullmetal Alchemist, Berserk, Claymore, Slayers, Yami no Matuei, Utena, Fruits Basket, Kaiji, Death Note, I know I'm forgetting stuff, this list is so short! D:
My favorite game(s)
Most Final Fantasy games, Mario games, the Zelda series, Disgaea, Skies of Arcadia, the Silent Hill games, Metal Gear series, Ico, Xenogears, Kingdom Hearts, Katamari Damacy, Guitar Hero series, Phantom Brave, Soul Calibur series, Chrono Trigger, Lunar Series, and I think that's about it.... maybe?
My favorite book(s)
This'll end up looking like my games section. So I'll just skip it for now. I don't actually read as much as I'd like, though.
Also, non-fiction books with a lot of photos.
