What got you into cosplay?
I've been into anime for a long time and it stared off with Pokemon/Cardcaptors. I drifted away from it for a little bit but it came back in full swing in seventh grade where I rediscovered InuYasha(I had seen an episode or two before but didn't understand what I was watching). And since then I've become a crazy otaku who is obsessed with Japan. The concept of cosplay actually was hidden in my anime love as well. I always liked the idea of cosplaying as an anime character and when my friends I decided to go to AnimeNext, well that sealed the deal. Had my first cosplay and I was bitten by the cosplay bug.
What was your first costume and why?
Meiko from Alice Human Sacrifice. Hexaklent, me and my other friend wanted to go as a group for our first and we all like Vocaloid. We didn't want to be just the normal ones though so we decided to pick one with a story to do. For Hexaklent and me(I introduced it to her actually) it was Alice Human Sacrifice so we decided to go with that.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Currently it's my Minako school uniform cosplay. I love it so much. ^_^ She's such an awesome character.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
My dream cosplay would have to be Ca Calne, Miku's alternative self. It looks like a nightmare but so cool and I think it would be amazing to make it. It probably won't happen though. XD
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Going to Fan Expo! It was awesome to go to a con that wasn't in Jersey.
Do you participate in masquerades?
I would like to in the future.

First year of college! Yay! Other than anime, I'm a huge fanfiction writer and I am trying to get some of my original stories published(not going so well at the moment)
My favorite anime
Where to begin? Higurashi/Umineko, Elfen Lied, RomeoXJuliet, Bokurano, Kimi ni Todoke, Azumanga Dioah, Yotsuba& and plenty of others. I tend to like the gory ones for some reason with some nice fluffy ones thrown in.

Tales of Symphonia, Pokemon, Harvest Moon, Rune Factory series, Persona 3 Portable, Trauma Center(and sequels),Okami
My favorite book(s)
Sword of Truth, Warriors, Blue is for Nightmare series, Seer series, this actually tends to change a lot because I read a lot.
My favorite character(s)
Minako Arisato from Persona 3 Portable....just because. I don't know why but Persona 3 was one of the few games I've played more than once. Sheena(TOS)-Just because. She summons stuff and is awesome. What else is there. XD

Spirited Away, The Last Unicorn, Mulan, Satoshi Kon movies, and a bunch more.

Would it be creepy to say Liam O'Brian's voice because of Akihiko from P3P?
