What got you into cosplay?
My husband is a huge comic buff and into sci-fi and has dressed up before. I kind of wanted to join him, so we went to a comic con in MD one time and I went as Helena from DOA. It was my first cosplay so I was very nervous.
What was your first costume and why?
Helena from DOA: I chose her b/c she is a tough woman who doesn't take any crap from anyone, and I love some of her outfits (esp. the revealing ones)
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm 26 years old, married and living in Atlanta, GA. Have both my bachelor's and master's degree in music performance. Currently unemployed and living as a house wife. I'm 100% korean but adopted and I can speak some of the language. However I see (as well as family and friends) myself more as a good 'ol southern country girl b/c of my southern accent and way I act in general. So I hardly ever see myself as asian lol.
