About Me / Q&A

What got you into cosplay?
When I was researching conventions to go to, I saw a lot of people in costume and thought it was just the coolest thing ever. I've never been to a con without cosplaying, actually! I'm addicted~.
What was your first costume and why?
The first costume I purchased was Uchiha Sasuke from Naruto, because I believed it would be recognizeable. The first costume my mother and I made was Miroku from InuYasha, so I would not have to buy a wig (my hair is naturally black and I often wore it in a ponytail anyway).
What is your favorite costume and why?
My favorite is probably my Hitachiin Kaoru cosplay from Ouran High School Host Club. I have three different variations of this outfit, but my goal is to (along with my best friend) create every Kaoru cosplay featured in the series.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I'd love to make a Big Daddy costume for my boyfriend with myself as a Little Sister. As well as a nice Plusle and Minun costume.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
I love when people ask my friend and I, when we're the Twins, who is who, and we get to tell them to guess. =) Fans have improved, more and more people are getting it correct, but it's still a lot of fun to either tell them no or see their smiles when they're correct.
Do you participate in masquerades?
What was your best masquerade experience?
So far my only skit performance was an Ace Attorney skit debating which male lead was sexier: Phoenix Wright or Miles Edgeworth.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Not yet~!
