What got you into cosplay?
A small group of friends in high school who knew what anime was, before anime went crazy in the US. We started dressing up as anime characters for Halloween and it went downhill from there! =)
What was your first costume and why?
Akane Tendo from Ranma 1/2...cost me $3 from a GoodWill dress. lol.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Dark Saber, definitely. It's cute and comfy and I love the way it looks.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Any Amano Final Fantasy artwork character, Oh! My Goddess (Skuld), Galaxy Fraulein Yuna (Shiori) and Revolutionary Girl Utena (Nanami and Utena). But my two dream cosplays would be Shaak-Ti from Star Wars Ep 2 & 3, and Bubble Boy from, well, Bubble Boy.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Each was was special so far. Nekocon, because it was the first con I went to with my husband. Very nice. Megacon, because it was my first con with my sis and we met a lot some cool actors and stuff. And Jacon because we were Lenne and Yuna and it just rocked!! Also we met a lot of very nice peope from c.com.
Do you participate in masquerades?
No.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
I won 1st place at the FYE Cosplay Contest on 7/15/07. Oh yeah...free anime goodies and a gift card!
Tell us a little about yourself
Currently a student at Columbus State Uni. Am happily married to my soldier boy. I have a cat (Kitty) and a dog (Rinoa). I love video games (worked at EB Games for 2 years and work at GameStop now part-time) and currently am an ASM at American Eagle Outfitters. I love reading, cooking and watching tv.

My top favorites...Sailor Moon, Ranma 1/2, Fushigi Yugi, Revolutionary Girl Utena, Urusei Yatsura, Serial Experiments Lain, Record of Lodoss War, Key the Metal Idol, Galaxy Fraulein Yuna, Visions of Escaflowne and Ah! My Goddess. There are soo many more!!

Anything Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger, Halo, Tales of Symphonia, Kingdom Hearts 1&2, Eternal Darkness, Fatal Frame, Diablo, Sacred, Space Channel 5, Mario anything...and the list goes on. Too many to add.

The Mists of Avalon, Phantom of the Opera, Wicked, the Chronicles of Narnia, the Lord of the Rings series, the Harry Potter series, and anything fantasy.
