What got you into cosplay?
Going to SugoiCon04 for the first time and seeing all the neat costumes. It made me scramble to get something set up for OhayoCon later.
What was your first costume and why?
First real costumes were Ed from FMA and Yuffie from KH1. I loved the characters at the time, and both were simple enough that someone with no sewing skills could puzzle out.
What is your favorite costume and why?
LUKE. <3 ALL OF THEM.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Seth's outfits from Trinity Blood (particularly, her court outfit from the manga), Nightmare from SC2, The Boss from MGS3, Soldat J #002 from Gaogaigar, Jet Link #002 from Cyborg #009, KOS-MOS from Xenosaga, Lamia from Betterman, GARlock Simon from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann............ Basically, a whole bunch. @_@
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
There are..............far, FAR too many.
Do you participate in masquerades?
Not too often. It's a waste of time, especially when craftsmanship judging is always so hit or miss. (If they don't check your seams, then they're not good judges.)
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
I don't really like to compete.
Tell us a little about yourself
I live with three awesome room mates. We're a pretty rockin' minority house between the four of us. I also work at Joann fabrics, which would be awesome if only they gave me hours. (Because then I could buy more fabric from the store.)
