What got you into cosplay?

What was your first costume and why?
Kaoru from Rurouni Kenshin beacuse at the time, that was my favorite series.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Favorite costume at the moment is Sebastian from Kuroshitsuji, but all time favorite would have to be Deep Dive Riku from Kingdom Hearts.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Something that involves a huge ball gown. xD
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
When me and my skit group, Soul Candy Cosplay, performed a KH skit, Kingdom Untitled, at Ani-magic 2007 and we surprisingly won Best of Show. ^_^ It was a blast performing in the skit. ^^
Do you participate in masquerades?
I used to, but not so much anymore, I really want to get back into it.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
I won best of show performance as Sakura in the youth division at PMX 2005, 4th place at Wizard World LA 2007 for my Axel cosplay, Best in Show, also for my Axel cosplay, at Ani-magic 2007, and 4th place for my Tieria cosplay for the Gundam 30th Anniversary event.
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm a college freshman, I'm an only child, and I am a wig commissioner. I love singing in Japanese, and I used to be/still am somewhat a gamer.
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
Fangirls ruined the Kingdom Hearts fandom for me. That is all. XD

Rock Band, .Hack//G.U., FFVII ,FFX, FFX-2, Kingdom Hearts, Katamari Damacy, Mario Kart:Double Dash, Soul Caliber, Sonic, and my favorite fighter, Naruto GNT 4, which is great to have tournaments with at cons.
