About Me / Q&A

What got you into cosplay?
A few people I met online convinced me to show up at a con in a costume. I took the challenge and I had so much fun that I have continued cosplaying ever since.
What was your first costume and why?
My first cosplay was Anna Kyoyama from Shaman King - a simple cosplay I made the night before my first con from rest fabric we had lying around.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Either my Jellal or Magnet Kaito costume. Because that blue wig I have is so awesome! And the characters are lovely~ And I am especially proud of Jellal's coat. Also my 96neko-cosplay since it is extremely comfortable in warm weather~
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
GLaDOS from Portal. It's one of my 2012 projects and it will take a lot of work, but it would be so awesome. Also Haseo from .hack//G.U. or Zidane from Final Fantasy 9. A dream costume I'm actually planning to make is Ashe from League of Legends. It's planned for the summer of 2013~
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
The year that I wore my Celty cosplay. People kept on asking for pictures and praised me on the work I had done on the helmet. It felt like such an accomplishment.
My favorite anime
D.Gray-man, Fairy Tail, Durarara!!, Gravitation and D.N Angel among many others. Too many to list but these are probably still my top 5.
My favorite game(s)
The two Fairy Tail Portable Guild games, the .hack-series, Final Fantasy 7, 9, 10 and Type-0. And the Pokémon and Digimon games~ Portal should probably be on here too.
My favorite book(s)
The Warriors series, The Hunger Games, the Harry Potter series and especially the Durarara!! novels.
My favorite character(s)
Lavi (D.Gray-man), Neji (Naruto), Jellal (Fairy Tail), Dark (D.N. Angel) and pretty much the entire Durarara!! cast just to mention a few.
My favorite movies(s)
All Studio Ghibli films and Origin: Spirits of the Past.
