What got you into cosplay?
My friend amanda dragged me into it. MY first convention left me talking to myself cause I didn't know what the hell was going on. Now it doesn't seem so bad. As long as you have a costume :)
What was your first costume and why?
Alucard and Shinji. I went as alucard because his guns "The Jackal and Casull" are awesome and I managed to find a set. I went as shinji because I was told I looked like him and my friends needed a shinji for there Evangelion cosplay group.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Alucard from Hellsing. I'm still putting it together and getting more details right, I think the next thing I'll buy to improve it will be some better pants. (and the hat) I just really like the character, I need longer hair for it :\ But the guns! Oh the guns! Those are the reason I love this costume.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I'd like to make either Vincent from Advent Children or Choi from King of Fighters. ZENIGATA! Me and my brother are gonna do a costume group together from Lupin the 3rd!
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
During Kumori-Con 2005 I was dressed as a Shrine Priest from Fatal Frame II and I followed people around and would randomly stop in the middle of parking lots and stare down cars. I loved freaking people out in that costume.
Do you participate in masquerades?
Negative.
Tell us a little about yourself
I live in Eugene Oregon. The rest of my family lives up in portland. Currently my brother is slowly dragging his feet into cosplay. He stole one of my costumes and wore it for a convention, I wasn't too upset. He just wanted a costume. I work at a pizza hut. I usually get handfulls of coupons and hand them out during conventions.
