What got you into cosplay?
My friend Miko thought it might be a good fit based on my interests...she was right. ^_^
What was your first costume and why?
Proto Man, from the Mega Man series. I've been a long time fan of the Mega Man franchise, and Proto Man is a true BAMF. He's a loner, always goes his own way, and never asks for help...not unlike myself. Also, it wasn't a big deal to fuzz the details a little and still have people know what I was going for.
What is your favorite costume and why?
As I've only done Proto Man so far, I'd have to go with that one.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I wanna do Cloud Strife one of these days. If I had the time and the patience to get the details right though, I'd love to try and do a Turian from Mass Effect.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
A-Kon is all I've done so far, and that was a blast!
Do you participate in masquerades?
No.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
No, but at my first A-Kon, I was requested to take 56 pictures...with my first ever cosplay attempt. I'm kind of proud of that.
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm a Radio/TV/Film student at UNT. I have a passion for music and film, and would love to make a career out of working with audio. Ideally, I'd love to be a music producer. I also play bass in a band called Eastchase. There's only two of us, and we're currently in the long process of putting together a new album.
