What got you into cosplay?
I always loved costuming and since I liked Anime it seemed the natural choice.
What was your first costume and why?
Sakura from Card Captor Sakura because it was my first favorite anime.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Oh man, this one is tough. Costume made for myself probably Amano's Lenna. Costume made for others: Sailor Venus and Fuu.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Not a dream costume, more of a dream group. I just love to complete an entire group of costumes from a series with my friends. Probably Kingdom Hearts 2, Alice 19th or something.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Anime Boston 2008- Cosplaying for the first time with my close friends Sydney and Nishi. That was a dream come true!
Animazement 2006- The really large sailor moon group!
Animazement 2004- My friends Adrienne, Hannah and I went as characters from CCS and entered cosplay and won a judge's award for our skit entitled: "Sakura Gone Bad"
Do you participate in masquerades?
Yes ma'am.
What was your best masquerade experience?
The Sailor Moon Group at Animazement 2006, I was so proud after making all those costumes.

Tell us a little about yourself
I attend Lees McRae College in North Carolina, where currently I'm a Communication Arts Major with a Performing Arts minor. I do community service for fun and I am a member of Bonner Leaders, Student Ambassadors, Peer Leaders, Optimist Club, and LMC Players. I go to Chautauqua NY every summer, it's home to me! One day I want to live in Savannah, GA, get married, and own my own vintage boutique, work at a non-profit and be a journalist or YA Novelist.
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
I give up almost evereything I'm not naturally talented at... I'm kinda lazy. This is not the case with Cosplay (thank goodness!)
