About Me / Q&A

What got you into cosplay?
I always loved dressing up for halloween when I was a kid and wished I could do it more than once a year. Then I started getting into anime fandoms and realized I could!
What was your first costume and why?
My first actual cosplay was Rin from InuYasha. That was the anime I liked most at the time, and I wanted something me and my brother could cosplay together. (He was Sesshoumaru)
What is your favorite costume and why?
Haha I only have like two cosplays so far, probably the second one then, Ayu Tsukimiya. I'm so proud of that jacket.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I've always kind of wanted to make a cosplay of my DnD character, who is an awakened/transformed leopard girl who wears cute medieval bard clothes. xD
Do you participate in masquerades?
Nah, I might someday tho.
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm in high school right now, and I plan to major in illustration at BYU. I have three super cool brothers and two super cute cats and two super supportive parents. I'm primarily an artist, but I also like to read and write and sing and, of course, cosplay!
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
Let me tell you about Homestuck.
My favorite anime
Inuyasha, Fruits Basket, Toradora, Lucky Star, Clannad, Kanon, K-on, Natsume, Nurarihyon, Kekkaishi, Ouran
My favorite game(s)
Portal, Phoenix Wright
My favorite book(s)
Mistborn, Way of Kings, everything else by Brandon Sanderson, Hunger Games, Mercy Thompson, Ender's Game, Gregor the Overlander, Harry Potter
My favorite character(s)
I will say my fave in Homestuck since wow that's a broad category. Tavros, Karkat, Gamzee, Nepeta, Summoner, Rufioh, Kurloz, Calliope, Terezi, and everyone else too except maybe not Vriska.
My favorite movies(s)
Tangled, Inception, I don't watch many movies
