What got you into cosplay?
I've always had a love for comic book characters, and used to love running around in my costumes playing with my friends. Now that I'm older and much more skilled, I would like to continue with the costumes. I also love the look on a child's face when they see me as their favorite super hero.
What was your first costume and why?
I quickly haphazardly put together Mangaverse Spider-Man costume to run in the Warrior Dash.
Unless you count the Sub-Zero costume I made as child which resulted in destroying one of the blue towels my mother had.
What is your favorite costume and why?
My updated Spider-Man costume. This is my first costume I actually sewed as opposed to buying all the parts and just wearing them.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Spider-Man's armor he made to take on the Sinister Six. Link shown below.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Being Spider-Man for Free Comic Book day for 2013. My friend joined me wearing my Deadpool costume I made. Everyone loved the costume and children were so excited to meet Spider-Man.
Do you participate in masquerades?
I have not, but would not be opposed to it.
