What got you into cosplay?
My friends and I found a con online and decided to go to it. We noticed that there was a costume contest happening while we would be there so after some discussion, we all decided to dress up as some characters (those who refused were forced too >:) ) We stuck together and had a great time! And that's how it began...
What was your first costume and why?
Quistis because:
1. It was fairly easy costume to make
2. I sort of look like her so I figured it would work out
3. I love FF8!
What is your favorite costume and why?
Bowser so far. He took a lot of work to complete and is very hot but he works for colder weather like at Halloween. He's tough and cool! (but not to wear)
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
--Cerberus from FF8, he's so cool being all scaley and such...and three heads, can't go wrong with that!
--But of course, first I have to finish Bahamut...
--Fubar from Suikoden III...I ADORE griffins!
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Having my Bowser costume fall apart 'cause I got soaked in the rain on the first day of Otakon 2002. I spent that night and the next morning gluing and sewing it back together and trying to dry it under the heat lamp in the bathroom of the hotel! What a pain... But an interesting memory all the same!
Do you participate in masquerades?
Of course! Why not? It's fun and you get to showcase your costume too!
What was your best masquerade experience?
Winning first place in the novice category of the Otakon 2002 masquerade! It was my friends and my first big con (we had attended one really small one before) and we were exstatic! It was really cool... :)
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
(If this counts) winning first place in the novice category of the Otakon 2002 masquerade.

Hmm jumping around between jobs... No idea what want to do since I graduated from Smith College... Currently a personal caretaker...
Hobbies include video gaming, reading, drawing, making costumes, hanging out with my friends, tennis skiing...

My favorite anime
I LOVE Kyo Kara Maoh,Gravitation, D.N.Angel, Genshiken, Soul Hunter, Fruits Basket, Spiral, Naruto, HunterXHunter, and Inu Yasha. Trigun, Fushigi Yuugi, Cowboy Bebop, Hellsing, Rahxephon and Ceres are really cool too!
My favorite game(s)
I like RPGs, action, adventure/ fantasy games. FF tactic, the FF series (but 10 was just ok), DDR (even though I kind of suck at it, I like the music!), GTA 3 and Vice City (funny stuff!), Kingdom Hearts, and more (but I can't remember them all).
My favorite book(s)
Anita Blake series, the Death Gate Cycle books, the Mercedes Lackey Mage books, and some Dragonlance books.
My favorite character(s)
All the cute bishonen! In particular- Lloyd, Riku, Tooya and Yuhi, Orphen and Bastard. But I think my absolute favorite is Shigure from Fruits Basket. He is so cute! And a little bit of a pervert but hey, whatever. I like him anyways and that aspect of his personality just makes him even funnier!
My favorite movies(s)
Jaws, Jurassic Park, The Harry Potter movies, Ghost Ship, The Haunting, all B movies (thank you sci-fi channel!) and of course some of the anime movies (like Escaflowne).
My favorite actors/actresses
None, I really don't pay attention to the actors or actresses in movies; that is I don't know their names too often. However, Sean Connery is a very snazzy actor and has been in some very cool movies in the past... And Johnny Depth and Orlando Bloom are noteworthy as well.
