What got you into cosplay?
Hmm... well, I found out about cosplay in 2004 through some of my RO guildies. Then I went to AX04 and saw the RO cosplayers. I decided the next day that I would cosplay for sure the following year.
What was your first costume and why?
Azusagawa Tsukino. I absolutely love Yakitate Japan!! I don't remember why exactly I chose Tsukino, but I guess I was just obsessed about Yakipan.
What is your favorite costume and why?
My Lord Knight costume! I had a lot of fun (and not so much fun) working on it. It was really hard... but really well worth the effort. I really love the swordie classes from RO.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Currently:
A full metal/leather Lord Knight costume. That is a dream I'll never have unless I bribe a metalsmith to make me armor. lmao.
And Rosette Christopher with a demon Chrno at my side. Quite possibler in the near (as in a few years) future.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Getting a Peco Peco ride through the parking lot from my <3 while in Lord Knight gear at AX 2006.
Do you participate in masquerades?
Nope, not yet... but... maybe someday... if I ever find someone who wants to do something with me. And if it's RO!! =P
Tell us a little about yourself
Going beyond the cosplaying... eh... I guess I'm a biogeek. I'm officially in grad school doing my research on reptiles. I have a pet San Luis Potosi Kingsnake named Prince (kingsnake, prince? get it? lol *nerd* He's also named for Tamaki from Ouran). And a green/blue/red Betta named Link and an unnamed red Betta. I'm also an Anaheim Duck fan.
