What got you into cosplay?
I was actually making anime-related costumes for Halloween before I realized that there was something called "cosplay". When I went to my first convention, I looked around at the people I saw in costume and thought, "You mean I can wear my Halloween costumes here?" It spiraled from there.
What was your first costume and why?
Way back in the day I made a costume of Bulma from DragonBall Z for Halloween. My first costume for the purpose of cosplaying was Lime from Saber Marionette J. Why? Well, because I wanted to. :3
What is your favorite costume and why?
I guess I can't decide which is my favorite. :3;;
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Yes.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Being told I was an inspiration.
Do you participate in masquerades?
Ironically, no. But I help run one!
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Since I haven't entered them in anything ever, I have only ever won hall cosplay awards.

By day I am a mild-mannered reporter for a major metropolitan newspaper. My night, I am a Power Ranger. ...In reality, I am an androgynous 20-something working on an East Asia Studies major at a Canadian university.
