What was your first costume and why?
Miaka from Fushigi Yuugi. The costume was completed but I never wore it~ Does that still count?
What is your favorite costume and why?
I really have a place in my heart for all of them. As much SNJs are frowned upon nowadays, I still love that cosplay. It's most likely because I've had so many good memories with that costume. While I still plan on doing more variations for my snj cosplay, I think I may tone it down a bit and start cosplaying some actual characters.
I have a lotta love for Yoruichi. She's awesome, strong, fast, has a relationship with Urahara Kisuke that reminds me of the relationship I have with my strange partner, and she's also petite and tan- like me!
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
My goal for 2008 is to make a decent looking Halibel for Otakon. Not a big fan of her larger-than-life boobs (I have a thing for the athletic build!), but she's so quiet, observant and you know she's mad strong (not to mention I kinda like her manly-girl voice they gave her in the anime) ^.^ How can you not love that?
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
At Otakon 2007 we met a couple of cosplayers who said they were glad they got to finally meet us. One of them was so happy she started tearing up. While it was a bit awkward at first, I was touched because she told us that we've been such an inspiration to her and she never thought she'd get to meet us in person. I never let people's compliments get to my head because they're are so many cosplayers who are far more talented than I could ever be but, it was just nice to know that we've made people happy.
Do you participate in masquerades?
It would be fun but no.

Yes, I've given myself a gold star for the most improved in 2006!
