What got you into cosplay?
It looked so much fun and I really have a love for the characters I cosplay. <3
What was your first costume and why?
Mario from the game Super Mario Brothers,with my dad as Luigi. We thought it'd be a cool cosplay and all the other Mario brothers we had seen weren't very good. XD;
What is your favorite costume and why?
XIGBAR. He is SO FUN to cosplay and I just love me some Organization XIII men. :D
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Yura-SAMA's costume from the Psycho le Cemu "Gekiai Merry-go-Round" PV. It's almost completely vinyl and VERY detailed, but I'll do it one day and it will be AMAZING.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
My most memorable experience was when I cosplayed Ran and had a friend scream and glomp me and tell me I made her day because Detective Conan is her favorite series. It's things like that that make me glad to be a cosplayer. ;-;
Do you participate in masquerades?
Hell yes.
What was your best masquerade experience?
The Oni-Con 2006 cosplay contest! My friend and I did a skit to "If You Were Gay" as Xigbar and Demyx and had the WHOLE AUDIENCE singing with us and being our music coz we sang a capella. It was quite incredible. <3
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Not yet, but I hope to.
Tell us a little about yourself
Junior in high school, part of the marching band and choir, Vice President of anime club, founder of our GSA, yaoi fangirl, Psycho le Cemu groupie, future Juilliard student (oh god I wish). I love cosplaying. LOVE LOVE LOVE. I love makeup too. Maybe that's part of the reason I love to cosplay. XD
