What got you into cosplay?
I put the blame on my friend Aimee who talked about cosplaying. It sounded very intriuging.
What was your first costume and why?
My first time cosplaying I dressed up as Eden, my original character from the show Gargoyles. I usualy enjoy cosplaying as my own characters, even if I don't do it very often. I think its mostly because I know exactly what they would wear and have the freedom to design it however you wish.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Hmm..Not sure. I'm a perfectionist so I always look at my costumes critically. I'd have to say the one I am most proud of is my titania costume for The Gathering of the Gargoyles con. It was probably the most work I've put into a costume to date.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I really am hoping to make The Green Fairie from Moulin Rouge someday. Time unfortunately is not my friend these days. :)
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
I'm still VERY new to cosplaying. I never did an offical one, such as getting onstage and acting things out. But I do tend to peek in at the local cosplay.com photoshoots. I have to say my favorite so far was the Irvine shoot. I was able to meet new people and see old friends...oh, and there was a giant sandwhich too.

Tell us a little about yourself
Okay, well I'm currently in Graduate School getting my masters in costume design. This pretty much means I sleep maybe two days of the week. ;) I'm relatively new to cosplay and Anime. I got hooked when I saw Trigun. It was all down hill from there. I love to draw, act, make costumes, and eat italian food and sushi..but not at the same time. I like to think of myself as a friendly person, though entirely too talkative for my own good but hey, Its a gift. ;)
