What got you into cosplay?
Either Tekken 2 or Final Fantasy 7. For Tekken, I dressed as Jun Kazama in one of the malls near me; only my brother knew I was cosplaying and he was embarrassed. :[ For FF7, I had longer hair then and used to tie my hair up like Aerith. I only had the red vest and boots, but not the pink dress; only dressed up at home.
What was your first costume and why?
Technically, Jun Kazama. But it wasn't hand-made; just some clothes I bought that looked similar. I wore it because I was a fan of her fighting style and she's one of my favorites in the game.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Shiba Kaien, just because he's one of the easiest and most comfortable to wear. ^^;
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Of course. Just too many to count. :P
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
The JACC "School's Out!" photoshoot. It was my first photoshoot and the first time I met the wonderful people I know now. ^_^
Do you participate in masquerades?
Not really. I have stage fright. :/
What was your best masquerade experience?
Onnafest, for it was my first and possibly last one. XD;
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Yes. I won an award for "Most Amusing" from Chris Troy, even though I only did a minute of lame-ass kabuki. I won because I had a Sol Badguy pin between my breasts. XDD
Tell us a little about yourself
I graduated in '04. I have a father, mother, and older brother. I have a factory job and I hate it but it pays the bills. :/ Major hobbies are: video-gaming, surfing the WWW, and cosplay of course!
