Greg
What got you into cosplay?
Seeing the costumes at Megacon 2003.
What was your first costume and why?
Stormtrooper armor. I've always been a fan of the series, and it was something I wanted to do.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Generally my Stormtrooper armor, because I'm not short (Aren't you a little short for a stormtrooper) and I'm not fat. I'm also not hung over for most days of the con, which makes me more available for photo-ops than those 501st guys. (That and now apparently Umbrella Corporation Troopers are trendier than Stormtroopers to them e_e)
On the other hand, my Vash costume looks cool and I can also sit down in it, crouch, run, jump and do myraid other things you can only appreciate after being encumbered by uncomfortable armor.
Then again, my crappy Kakashi costume has pockets, which are always a good thing for hotel room keys, cameras, money, and an occasional donut.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Megacon '04.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Haha..no. All my friends have, though. They just love to rub it in.
