What got you into cosplay?
Always wanted to, really.
What was your first costume and why?
Sexy no Jutsu Chouji and Time Jump Kankurou were my first costumes, I wore them at Persacon. I love Naruto, it's inspirational to me, and Kankurou is one of my favourite characters. SnJ Chouji... Just look like it naturally.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Chouji. Because I really have "the Akimichi Chouji look".
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Time Jump Akimichi Chouji --- I want to make that sucker's armor out of real metal, too.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Huh. Well, I guess being on stage at AWA with Fighting Dreamers was pretty awesome. We were up there FOREVER. And the way they announced us... "cosplaying the ENTIRE CAST of Naruto..." AHahahahahaHAHAhaha. And then we get no reward. Cheap ba--
Do you participate in masquerades?
Yus.
What was your best masquerade experience?
AWA, See above.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Yes, i'm part of Fighting Dreamers, the southeastern Naruto cosplay group. We have only one Naruto character for main events so our costumes are as good as they can be.
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm in college at Birmingham-Southern, I work in a theatre box office (no, not MOVIE theatre) and hate,hate,hate my boss. But, generally I get to sit there and do nothing or play on my laptop for $6 an hour, so whatever.
