What got you into cosplay?
The love of fashion/costuming/anime/video games. :)
What was your first costume and why?
Misato of Evangelion. Seemed like an easy 1st costume to make. And now that I look at it, it is TERRIBLE. x_x hahaha!
What is your favorite costume and why?
Edea, because I spent so much time on it. And I like the way my headpiece came out. :) And a close second...Rei Ayanami :) Me and Laurie (My Asuka) spent 2 whole weekends on this. Staying up till 7am. We *SOMEHOW* finished them before Otakon. It's my fav because I thought the wig was very accurate, and the contacts made it stand out. We had our pic taken so much, we couldn't do any convention activities!

What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
There was a mini-photoshoot for the Temari's at a Naruto shoot. I felt pretty cool to be with so many other Temari's. Someone said to me while wearing my Kenpachi costume "Can I be your Yachiru?" Also, I loved taking pics with the awesome Misato and Laurie (Asuka) at Otakon. And I got to take a pic with 4 crossplayers from FF8 when I was Edea. TEH HOT.
Do you participate in masquerades?
No ;_; but I think I should in the future.
What was your best masquerade experience?
I will list a few of my favorite skits: 1.) A Zelda skit of just a triforce (3 kids) and then a Link running out and doing the sword thing. 2.) Cloud and Sephiroth were fighting with swords that turned out to be a friggin FLUTE and then cloud proceeded to play an FF song. 3.) A woman with a fantastic voice sang the Final Fantasy 6 opera. I nearly cried. 4.) When a man proposed to his GF at the end of the AnimeNEXT '06 masq.!
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Nope! I hope to win something with my upcoming Edea costume. But probably not lol.
Tell us a little about yourself
I am obssessed with FF. Have a tattoo, and flew to Chicago to see a FF concert ^_^ I am certified Radiation Therapist. I love to dye my hair funky colors and meet chicks my age who love video games/anime. I am obsessed with World of Warcraft..my char is a lvl 70 Priest, Ritsuko on the Crushridge realm. :)

I am always looking for more friends in the Philadelphia area to watch anime/make costumes/play games with... :D

Evangelion, Bleach, Naruto, Hellsing, Trinity Blood, Blood +, Hunter X Hunter, Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Rurouni Kenshin, Chobits, FFU, X, Gungrave, NOIR, Tenchi Muyo!, Akira, Vampire Hunter D, FMA, Record of Lodoss war, I.R.I.A. and billions more I can't think of at the moment :x

Final Fantasy Series <-- i know it's cliche' but it really has been my biggest obsession for 14 years, Chrono Trigger, Earthbound, and basically any RPG. Oh god how can I forget World of Warcraft?

anything by Christopher rice. and the Time Travelers Wife by Audrey Nieff ...forgot how to spell it :x And I enjoy art books, especially ones of Yoshitaka Amano. The secret life of bees is good too. I'm all over the place!
