What got you into cosplay?
Playing with my mom's sewing machine when I was little and having always had homemade Halloween costumes.
What was your first costume and why?
Belldandy's initial dress in the Oh! My Goddess OVA, when she first comes through the mirror. I made it for a Halloween costume in highschool, and had no idea at the time that anime cosplay even had some kind of following ^^;
The little yellow triangles still haunt me to this day... >.@
What is your favorite costume and why?
My Twin Signal costume! Not only is the series annyoingly obscure, but I had to pick an outfit that only appears for 1.5 volumes of the manga in the second half! Woot! Go me! XD
I have to say though, I need to explore other methods of making armor that doesn't involve fiberglass. It worked well and all, but it smelled horrid and was a pretty messy ordeal. =P
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
After I get a faster computer and get my Thief AF armor, I really want to make that. (I love the pants!!! XD) Though as things have been going, I'll probably end up making the Summoner AF instead ^^;

What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Fanime '07 -- Me (Kerrigan) objecting to Phoenix Wright trying to steal my muffin.
Katsucon '06 -- I cosplayed as Izumi-sensei from Full Metal Alchemist and got to take a picture while standing on top of a pile of Eds. It was awesome XD
I also got a great list of things that people said to me during the con ranging from "I'm sorry about the baby" to a hotel staff member actually asking if I was alright because of the fake blood I had running down my chin.
Do you participate in masquerades?
nope. maybe sometime tho ;)
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Yes.. Tho I wasn't the one to recieve it.
A friend of mine borrowed my Kikyo costume (Inu-Yasha) for a con that I couldn't make it to, and it won a craftsmanship award.
