What got you into cosplay?
I wanted to Be Link for Halloween in 2005, did it. But then needed to find a reason to use the costume after that. Cosplay was the obvious and only choice.
What was your first costume and why?
Link - The Twilight Princess... I have been a Legend of Zelda whore since the series inception, so to do anything but that would have been blasphemous.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Cosplaya Link without a doubt. Having an Iced Out Grill and the Triforce of Bling make it the best cosplay ever.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Samus - Metroid Prime, and then Dave from 2001: A Space Odyssey
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Anime South 2007 - I was able to be lucky enough to have a Wind Waker photoshoot on the beach with some talented cosplayers.
Do you participate in masquerades?
ehh... I stop by and say hey to everyone.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
A number of them, but always striving to become a better cosplayer and get some more.

My name is Shawn. I am an Exceptional Education Teacher autistic, and other special needs kids. I also into 80's music, aquariums, and good people.
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
I am not totally constrained by a reference image of a character. I tend to take some liberties and make my character better in real life, and take away what does make sense in reality.
My favorite anime
I am actually not big into anime, and will probably only do video game characters. If I ever do decide to do an anime character, it will be Rick Hunter, Max Sterling, or Roy Folker from Robotech.
