What got you into cosplay?
Um... my natural nerdiness?
What was your first costume and why?
My first costume was an average pirate costume. Not anything out of the ordinary, just made up of different "piratey" items of clothing mixed together. Unless you count halloween costumes as a child... Those would include the usual Belle, Jasmine and Ariel (though I had my grandmother sew the costumes for me, as opposed to buying them).
What is your favorite costume and why?
So far, my favorite costume I've completed is my Nabooru costume, although I was very sad when not many people knew who Nabooru was, EVEN THOUGH she's only from one of the most popular games of all time.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Hmm... probably. There are a few I can think of that I would like but would be incredibly hard to pull off...
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
It's such a good story, but I can't really tell it in public...
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm a college student -- English major. I'll hopefully be moving on to graduate school soon. School takes up most of my time, so there's not much else to say.
My favorite anime
Hellsing, Black Cat, Vampire Hunter D, Read or Die, Full Metal Alchemist, .Hack, Witch Hunter Robin, Cowboy Bebop, Devil May Cry, Tenchi Muyo, Chobits, Love Hina, The original Pokemon series, and I'm just getting interested in Death Note and Petshop of Horrors.

(Not in any specific order) Final Fantasy (especially IX), Legend of Zelda, Dragon Quest/Warrior, .HACK, Rhapsody: a Musical Adventure, Shadow of the Colossus, SSX

Too many! Sir Apropos of Nothing by Peter David, Wicked by Gregory McGuire, The Dracula Tape by Fred Saberhagen, Phantom of the Opera by Gaston Leurox, The Lord of the Rings, the Belgariad and others in the series by David Eddings, etc.

Kuja from FFIX, Integra from Hellsing, Gardenia from .hack, Caroline from Vampire Hunter D, Crowdia from Rhapsody, Nabooru from Legend of Zelda, Izumi from Fullmetal Alchemist, Red from Dragon Quest VIII, anyone else I might cosplay. I don't go to the effort of looking like a character I don't like...
