What got you into cosplay?
I thought it would be fun.
What was your first costume and why?
My first completed costume...was well.... a Gundam lol. I was the Gundam Astray Red Frame. Which I later changed into the Gundam Astray Gold Frame AMATU for CN Anime 2005. Not enough people know of the SEED Astray side story :( Most people thought I was Blitz Gundam.....sigh.
What is your favorite costume and why?
I would say, now and forever, it will be my Mithran Red Mage. Even since I started playing Final Fantasy XI Online.....I've discovered my inner kitten >^o^< {myew}
I'm very proud of how my Eureka cosplay turned out. First I made her regular version, then I changed it to when she grew her wings. Making the wings was a well worth struggle. They are so easy to have on, you wouldn't think so cuz of how big they are, but I was walking around normally. They turned out soo pretty ^_^.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Strike Freedom Gundam....there's a challenge...those massive wings and all.......or the ZZ Gundam, or even a custom Gundam battle armour design.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Well it had to be at AN 2005. I been cosplaying at all the other cons since, but while i had my Astray outfit on, it took so long to get anywhere. Not becasue i couldn't move....but becasue I was being stopped and asked for pictures almost every 20 secs ^^. I felt so loved. I didn't expect a Gundam to be so well received.
Do you participate in masquerades?
No, I hope to one day, if I ever get a good enough idea, or meet people dedicated enough.
Tell us a little about yourself
I've graduated from the Sheridan College Computer Programmer Analyst Co-op program. I'm an only child from my parents. I've taken over most of the house in the name of anime lol :P
Hobbies, hmm..... anime, Gundams (as in models), games (as in Gundam, Xenosaga, FF mainly) and of course cosplay. In my free time I hang out with friends or go to my anime club at Sheridan.
