What got you into cosplay?
My anime club: I got dragged into a Magic Knight Rayearth cosplay before I even really knew what it was all about.
What was your first costume and why?
I just told you that:
Magic Knight Rayearth
and
peer pressure
What is your favorite costume and why?
I have to change this one. It was Sir Hellsing but, while that was a fun one, it didn't feel as natural as Tamaki from Ouran Host Club. Sir Hellsing is all about bottling up all your doubts and pain to be a strong leader and be respected despite gender roles. Tamaki, on the other hand, is about releasing yourself to freely express every whim - to be either supremely happy or suddenly stricken with acute depression (but not for too long).
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I don't tend to remember my dreams.
But I would really like to make the Haidee's goddess themed dress from Gankatsuou.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Ha! That crew of masterless Alucards and assorted Hellsing hooligans how acosted me at AX. My Lord, you had a great set up, luring in people to save the "innocent bystander" only to be wrapped up in the chaos.
Do you participate in masquerades?
Waited long enough?
Yes!
A group of us entered ALA's masquerade. It was a first for most of us and so it was a big surprise when we won two awards!
What was your best masquerade experience?
Well, I've only had one, but on the whole it was very positive.

Tell us a little about yourself
Of course I'm in school. I go to school down in So. Cal, conveniently located 7 hours away from the rest of my family, which I have. I do have a job to hate now but, conveniently, I do not hate it. It is rather enjoyable and I get paid.
As for hobbies...I act, direct, sing, dance...
Damn, I don't have a lot of time for hobbies
