What got you into cosplay?
Seeing it on websites and wanting to try it myself, I guess. I've always loved dress up and playing pretend. Anime geek to the max. <3
What was your first costume and why?
Hiei. Fave bishi EVER. <3
What is your favorite costume and why?
Well, I can sort this into different categories I suppose: I feel the costume that suits me best is my May costume, because I have a very similar look and bodytype to her, and I love playing her personality. Also, because I just feel so darn adorable in it ;w; Currently, my Jam Kuradoberi Formalwear is my favorite as far as craftsmanship. I love Jam to bits and it was done SO much better than my first Jam costume. I'm also pretty proud of my Felicia costume but feel I can't take much credit for it in that way since it was half commish'd... ^_^; But it looks super awesome, way better than I thought it would.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Currently, I've given myself the challenge to, at some point, cosplay every single one of Jam Kuradoberi's costumes ever. 2 done, 1 working on, 9(?) to go! XD; I'm also working on another one of my dream costumes at the moment (Baiken). I don't really have a paricularly difficult or elaborate costume in mind that I'd dream of doing. Artbook stuff of all sorts is very nice but it has to be a character I absolutely am drawn to for it to really be a 'dream' costume, you know? I suppose though.. that my 'dream costume' would be one of my original character's outfits. Maybe Kitsonoru-sama or her gear-form (which I AM working on).
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Hard to say- each con seems to be better than the last. XD Though this year's Anime Boston (08) was pretty good. Otakon 08 was pretty rad too.
Do you participate in masquerades?
Nah, not yet. I'm not good enough at technical work, I wouldn't stand a chance XD; *hides her horrible messups and construction messes* ;;
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Nope. Prolly never will 8D
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm a geek for life, aspiring artist (check my site =D)- I'm also entering my freshman college year at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I.. still don't know how I got in, lol >_>; So now I live in Chicago. I have an obnoxious couch jock older brother who hates anime, and I live with my dad. When I DO work, which is usually only in the summer, I work for the family company, which is like hell itself. No really, dad and uncles=worst bosses ever.
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
Hmm... I'm a yaoi fangirl =D Just putting that out there. Sol x Ky from Guilty Gear is my OTP, and Hiei x Kurama was my first. I have a really bad, but oddly selective memory at times. I'm also a terrible, lazy procrastinator. XD;
My favorite anime
Yu Yu Hakusho and Saiyuki have been two of my favorites since my discovery of them a number of years back (YYH first, Saiyuki later on). Really, I'll watch almost anything, mostly Adult Swim stuff (cuz it's free, lol). I've been having a DVD and Youtube run on Gundam Wing as of late, and especially for Haruhi Suzumiya XD Haruhism is eating me alive. Newly, Gurren Lagann, because it is epic and win.
My favorite game(s)
Guilty Gear, KOF, Pokemon (I'll admit it, I'm a Pokenerd dood), Katamari, Animal Crossing, Soul Calibur, most fighters in general. Guilty Gear is my one truly beloved poison, though. I seem to be one of those few who's not big on Final Fantasy stuff XD;
My favorite book(s)
When I do read (and I don't much anymore, it's sad), I enjoy humorous nonfiction- the sort of books with funny and interesting facts or stand-up comedy, like 'bathroom readers'. I enjoy many of George Carlin's books, for example.

Eh, don't really have one. Just various movies I happen to watch when I'm bored if I own em, like Monty Python's Holy Grail. Superhero movies lately have been pretty sweet. Iron Man and TDK and all that.
My favorite actors/actresses
I don't follow Hollywood stuff XD;; I don't really have any fave's. As for VA's, pretty much any VA that does any of my fave characters will earn my eternal adoration XD; Illich Guardiola=Gojyo, Chuck Huber=Hiei, etc... For Japanese seiyuu, I like Takeshi Kusao, Hiyama Nobuyuki, Seki Toshihiko (his singing voice makes me melt omg) and Norio Wakamoto I suppose, though as of late Shiraishi Minoru's antics have caught my attention. www~
