What got you into cosplay?
Seeing all these awesome costumes online, I've wanted to go to cons for a long time but I never really searched to go to any in my area. Til I ran into Otakon's website. Haha.
What was your first costume and why?
Yoruichi from BLEACH. I thought it was fairly decent to start off with as a first cosplay.
What is your favorite costume and why?
This is very hard since I love all my costumes dearly and since I made them because I love the character/design. I think my favorite is Arashi from X/1999. X is and will always be one of my most favorite/cherished animes ever, it's sad that CLAMP still has it on hiatus but I love it to bits.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
So I recently saw Hellboy II: The Golden Army and in that instant when the Angel of Death came on screen I decided that I want to cosplay it. It's insane and will be the death of me but I absolutely adore the design. Del Toro has proven himself to be my most favorite director to this day. As well as CIS from 'Program' in The Animatrix. When I first saw it, I fell in love with the design, I adore the hair. It's something I'd really love to make.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Most definitely Anime USA '06. I actually stepped up and met some great friends.
Do you participate in masquerades?
I don't but that changed at Anime USA 2007 :D
What was your best masquerade experience?
Winning 'Best in Show' in StardustShadow's Pokemanz skit @ Katucon 2009. I was a last addition and all I did was hold up the black fabric, but my god it was so much fun.
