What got you into cosplay?
I've been costuming for years: SCA, college dance productions, theatre, random latenight movie showings, (and runs to the supermarket)...and I've been watching anime since the mid '90's...it was inevitable!
What was your first costume and why?
My CATS costumes were certainly the first difficult ones I ever attempted...
The first costume I ever wore to a convention, however, was L, (way back in Jan 2006 when only a handful of people recognised me:) )
What is your favorite costume and why?
I'm most proud of my Kadaj and would love it even more if it wasn't so hot...Right now Mello just might be my favorite, simply because being in character is SO much fun with him

The medicine seller from Mononoke
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Scaring the begeezus out of a small child at a Peelander Z concert while in my Yami Bakura costume. Poor kid.

I'm a writer/illustrator by trade, work part time as a music, art and dance instructor...have a 20 pound cat...enjoy long walks on the beach and rainy days...
