What was your first costume and why?
Tomoe from Rurouni Kenshin. I had a similar hairstyle as hers, so I decided to cosplay as her. That was seven years ago. I was horrible at choosing cloth, so I ended up with a costume that wasn't even the right color. .////.
What is your favorite costume and why?
At the moment, my favorite is my Kirihara cosplay. It's very comfortable, though the wig is hard to put on.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I'd like to make Tokiko's outfit from Busou Renkin. I'd love to have a working Valkyrie Skirt!
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Fanime 2006, after the masquerade, a bunch of D.Gray-man cosplayers got together for an impromptu shoot. I loved how even though a lot of people didn't know about D.Gray-man, they were still impressed with our outfits and kept stopping us for pictures.
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
I've cosplayed as Harada Risa (and Riku another year) from DNAngel, Touya Akira from Hikaru no Go, and Viki from Suikoden III. Those are my older cosplays though, so I might put those pics up under a "miscellaneous" album.
