Eh, there's nothing too fascinating about myself. Cosplay wise, I love finding obscure characters to go as! I'm also a sucker for group cosplay; not necessarily the main characters either. As you can see, I pick a variety of side kicks/lesser known peeps to go as. To me, that's more fun, because then you don't see 20 more of the same person running around a single convention. xD

There are plenty of characters I'd love to go as, but I usually have to narrow down my field to whatever would be most flattering. You'll never see me parade about in FFX-2 Yuna's gunsphere attire. There are just certain outfits that look better on certain sized people, personally.

I do like to take the next step every time I pull off a big cosplay, in order to get better, but I'm still not as good as I'd like to be.

Aside from cosplay I love to play video games, however, cosplay and video games make for an expensive hobby and I usually forfeit buying a new game in order to get new supplies... or gas for my car. >_>; When I'm not being a complete dork, I'm asleep, or on the computer being even lazier.

What got you into cosplay?
My friends. <3 I've always wanted to do it! I looked at pictures online all the time and wondered if one day I could do the same. Truthfully I love getting pictures taken of me even though I look terrible in all of them. xD; To me, it's like Halloween: only more often, not as cold, and much more than just candy.
What was your first costume and why?
Hm, very first? That would be my failure for a Sally costume. I made it in one night for school spirit week when we were supposed to be movie characters. The dress looked nothing like her's. It was just a jumble of fabric scraps sewn together with stitches drawn on my body. I ended up remaking for Halloween at work (2005). Still sucked (can't sit in it) but it's the actual dress now. my wig was horrible too. Some cheap party city thing.
What is your favorite costume and why?
The Sweet; just because it was so different as compared to the rest of my costumes. So fluffy!
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
A BIG DADDY!!! (From Bioshock) That would be AMAZING.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Aside from my first group gathering at Akon 17, I'd have to now say AnimeFEST 2006 was the best. I did my first cosplay contest (walk-on) and won an award with my friend. It was my first time really getting involved with the cosplay community at a convention.
Do you participate in masquerades?
The contests or the dances? I've done both, but only once.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
My Power Card got an award from the female judge at AFest 2006. <3 It was just a walk-on, but still...
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
I can never stay serious or in character, so most of my pictures end up with me laughing/making my grumpy face.
My favorite anime
Higurashi no naku koro ni, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Tenchi Muyo OVA, Fate/Stay Night, Soul Eater, and YGO just because it's absolutely ridiculous.
My favorite game(s)
It it involves Pokemon, violence, scary survival horror, big explosions, or cutesy simulators, then it's probably my favorite. xD
