What got you into cosplay?
I thought it might be fun to emulate some of the greatest video game characters of all time, Solid Snake being the first
What was your first costume and why?
Solid Snake from MGS2. It was completely horrible. I tried to make a load bearing vest like he has it never fit right. It was held together by safety ties and shoe string lol.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Umm I guess my Solid Snake suit. I like my current project-Snake from the Drama CD. It seems more natural than the sneaking suits he wears in MGS1 and 2. plus its way more comfortable and cooler. It seems alot more real too
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Yeah, Id love to have a complete sneaking suit just like Snake's in MGS1.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Wearing my somewhat complete MGS2 Snake suit to a Halloween party. Party sucked, but I got a lot of compliments. Only like 3 people knew who I was. I hate teenage parties.....
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
No just had a lot of pictures taken. People seem to not know how to react when they see a GOOD Snake walk by.
Tell us a little about yourself
Going to Full Sail for film degree. Maybe by the time I graduate Kojima will finally get around to directing the Metal Gear Solid movie, and maybe he'll look me up lol. Or maybe Michael Bay will need some help on Transformers 3. Since I drive an Autobot, I think I'm more than qualified for the job already. No joke, I do drive an Autobot. His name is Ironhide and he gets pretty pissed off around other Florida drivers.
