What got you into cosplay?
Going to conventions and seeing how much fun all the cosplayers were having. Even those in cheap, thrown-together costumes seemed to be having so much fun doing it. I love cons and cosplay seemed the best way to get more into the spirit of the thing.
What was your first costume and why?
Princess Pluto. Sailormoon was my first anime, and Setsuna has always been my favorite character from that anime. I have the personality to fit Pluto, but with my body type I could never wear the sailor suit, so I went with the princess dress. Plus I really wanted to make a Time Key. x3
Do you participate in masquerades?
No... I'm no good at skits and my workmanship isn't up to par.
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm in my mid-20s and working in I.T. for a major corporation. Fandom is my favorite part of my life. ^^ Online I mostly write fanfiction and run a community for writers and artists, and offline I'm on staff at Anime Detour. I go to a crazy number of cons. Can't get enough of them.
