What got you into cosplay?
It just seemed like fun. Plus, I've got a friend in Cobra who kind of talked me into it. Now I'm addicted to it!
What was your first costume and why?
My first costume was a robot police officer from THX-1138. It's one of my favorite movies and the ghostly image of those cops always struck me as really cool. Hey, I was the only one at D*Con, so it worked!
What is your favorite costume and why?
My current favorite costume of mine (and the only one I have intact) is my Umbrella Corporation trooper from Resident Evil: Apocalypse. It's pretty badass.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
You'll just have to wait and see!
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Dragon*Con 2008. The Thursday night Big Trouble In Little China group has been the most fun group costume I've ever done.
Do you participate in masquerades?
No, though I did once.
What was your best masquerade experience?
I entered Sabretooth into the costume contest at ACE 2008 because they didn't have enough people and were basically begging people they saw in costume to enter.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Nope.
Tell us a little about yourself
I have a bachelor's degree in television production and I work freelance as a cameraman and video editor. I try to attend whatever conventions I can witin a reasonable area (i.e. if I can drive there in a few hours).
My favorite anime
Not a big anime fan (I know!), but I really, really like Ninja Scroll, Fist of the North Star and both Vampire Hunter D movies.
