What got you into cosplay?
I wanted to go to AX 2006 and heard that the experience between cosplaying vs. not cosplaying is completely different and therefore, it was better to cosplay. So I did!
What was your first costume and why?
Yoruichi from Bleach. She is a badass! Her personality fits mine- I have a reputation of leading lost lads to their destiny and showing them the way. She is also very independent and has a great relationship with Kisuke who is my favorite character from Bleach! (Yoruichi comes in as a close second)
What is your favorite costume and why?
So far, it has to be my Hiyori costume. It was easy to wear her around and I loved the mask that I made. It came out so well!
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
A Mobile Suit Gundam Girl. Like this prototype:

What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
SoCal Summer Cosplay Gathering- awesome people, small enough to be intimate.
Do you participate in masquerades?
not yet, but would love to someday...when I'm not such a newb
Tell us a little about yourself
I love waking up each morning, stretching in the sunshine and sticking my hand out the window of my car to feel the breeze as it caresses the little hairs on my skin. I love taking the road less traveled, going to unknown places- heart thumping, palms sweaty, with nothing but a grin and the excitement of what is to come. That feeling of not knowing and the thirst of wanting to find out, fuels my conviction. I dislike the mundane and monotony. I am very open minded and try my best to never be judgmental. Compassion and Equanimity does not exist if one is quick to judge (although, it's easier to judge than to try to be understanding).
When I'm not sitting around watching anime / indie movies all day (which is not often enough), cosplay, go rock climbing, shoot some arrows, read, cook, work out, hike, or blog. Oh, and I think pestering my friends should be included in this list of hobbies as well.
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
I'm a very nice girl with a hint of attitude. I like making friends (it's easy for me) and meeting new people.

Neon Genesis Evangelion, Bleach, Naruto, Saiunkoku Monogatari, Scrapped Princess, wow...there are just so many!

I don't play a lot of video games but I just bought my first Nintendo DS Lite a month ago and I can't stop playing Final Fantasy and Advance Wars!
