What got you into cosplay?

What was your first costume and why?
My first costume, was Travel Winry (FullMetal Alchemist), it was something I had threw together at the last moment and it was awful ^_^;;;
What is your favorite costume and why?
Between Rena (Higurashi no Naku Koro ni) or Anya Alstreim (Code Geass: R2). I'm in love with Rena, because it was my first 'real' costume. Her character is amazing and she's over all so cute!
I finally got to cosplay Code Geass with my C.C. and Kallen and I was so happy when this costume was finished! I really enjoy being Anya!
