What got you into cosplay?
My grandmother is a very skilled woman and has been making costumes for me my whole life. We work on them together now for fun.
What was your first costume and why?
My first costume was a rabbit. My momma made me wear it.
What is your favorite costume and why?
My favorite costume is a custom teal kimono with a black and silver bamboo print. It's comfy and I wear it around the house.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I would love to make a highly intricate sea nymph costume.... *sigh* maybe when I have money...
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
I was in my kimono with my boyfriend at Wizard World Philly and I got separated from him for five minutes. In those five minutes I was swarmed by elderly men asking me to take pictures with them and their kids while I frantically looked for the boyfriend. One actually had the nerve to ask if I was "afraid" of him. I'm carrying a beating stick up my sleeve from now on.

Have you won any awards for your costumes?
I win costume contests at my school every year because my costumes are well made, original, and pretty, unlike those cheap store bought ones that everyone else wears.
Tell us a little about yourself
I'm in my senior year of high school and it shall be fun since I took all lazy classes. I work as a kennel assistant at the animal hospital and I'm essentially a janitor that has to wear scrubs. I also have way too many pets, and they are my babies.
