What got you into cosplay?
At ACEN 2001, I saw lots of idiots dressing up in costumes and I ridiculed them the whole time. 2 years later, I was introduced to Fansview.com. I still thought these so-called "cosplayers" looked like said idiots, and spent hours laughing at them while I should have been doing homework. Hmm. I guess deep in my heart I've always wanted to be an idiot.
What was your first costume and why?
Rydia. Because I love her.
What is your favorite costume and why?
All the ornate ones are difficult to wear. All the recognizeable ones are overplayed. All the obscure ones are never recognized. All the comfortable ones are too simple. I guess I hate them all equally. D:
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Yori from the movie Tron. *rubs hands together*
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Making a Schrodinger (Hellsing) crossplay, just to get a certain guy to talk to me at a con. Ah, the creepy, stalker-like lengths I go to. Yeah. Well, it turned out good in the end. :3
Do you participate in masquerades?
I'd rather be a heckling audience member.
What was your best masquerade experience?
Our group essentially winning 3 awards at Ohayocon 2004 because we looked so different in all of our costumes, the judges couldn't tell us apart. XD
