What got you into cosplay?
My mom always made me extravagant Halloween costumes, and ever since I've been able to make them myself I've followed suit.
What was your first costume and why?
My mom made me a Batman cape when I was a toddler, becuase she made my sister a Superman one. I wore it everywhere.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Unsurprisingly, the Batsuit is my favorite. While there are others that are more comfortable, the Batsuit feels like I've been waiting my whole life to wear it. In a way, I have.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
The Dream is to have costumes of every member of the Justice League.
The Dream will probably take a long, long time.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Posing with small children in the Batsuit at Wizard World. To a little kid, you're not dressed as Batman, you ARE Batman.
Do you participate in masquerades?
Only one, at a boring con. The trouble is, there's so much else to do.
What was your best masquerade experience?
Winning that one time was pretty awesome.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Best in Novice Division for--you guessed it-- the Batsuit
