What got you into cosplay?
I like to create and emulate. Halloween just isn't enough.
What was your first costume and why?
Yuffie from FF7. She was just my favorite character at the time.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Da Qiao. It was fun to make and better to wear with my huge fans.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Ayla from Chrono Trigger. I can make it easy, it's just fitting the body to the costume...
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
When I was cosplaying Youji at AX 2000 and a girl liked my costume so much she folded cranes for me that night and gave them to me in a Sanrio tin.
Do you participate in masquerades?
Not yet.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
No.
Tell us a little about yourself
I go to UCR as an Anthropology and East Asian studies major. I've got a boyfriend who I try to force to cosplay. Currently I work at an answering service, but I've had almost every job a teen can get. Right now I'm just trying to get through school.
