What got you into cosplay?
Cosplayers I saw around the net, althought my mother made cosplays for me when I was a kid and I didn't knew that word. My ideas of what costume would I do for Carnivals were finished. I've been wearing costumes since baby because Carnivals are the most important festivity in my land, so I dressed up of almost all imaginable things. Anime/manga/videogames cosplays were the logical next step.
What was your first costume and why?
Rose, from Legend of Dragoon.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Final Fantasy IX's Beatrix. It's the best I've made. It was 90% recycle with fabrics that left off from previous cosplays and a really big white sheet. I spend 1 month to do it. I also love the Lady Luck Rikku costume. It was difficult to make (almost 2 months and lots of problems sewing the club and black ribbon and the gloves) but the result was what I expected! Not expensive since I had the wig already and the shoes fabric, and she hadn't many clothes lol.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
Complicated costumes that I don't know how to make, like Shiva from Final Fantasy X (I hate that wig).
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
The first time I put my first cosplay, Rose cosplay.
Do you participate in masquerades?
Only here in Tenerife.
What was your best masquerade experience?
I only go to masquerades here in Tenerife, but it is great.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
Never, but I really don't mind. I go to contests because I like acting.
Tell us a little about yourself
Im studying philosophy and journalism, but I want study Art some day. I have my family, boyfriend and friends, of course. Few friends, but very good ones. I have so much hobbies that I never will have enough time for them, and they mean a lot for me: drawing, swimming, doing cosplay, websites, photomanipulations, reading, watching series, films, etc. I have learned a lot with all these hobbies.
