What got you into cosplay?
I've always made my own costumes, for Halloween as a kid, and later, for renaissance faires as well. It's just a natural progression to cosplay.
What was your first costume and why?
My first anime cosplay will be Hinata from Naruto, because I really relate to her, and her relationship w/ naruto reminds me a lot of my relationship w/ my bf Matt. First actual costume, oh, jeez... I guess supercat, this superhero I came up with when I was in third grade. I think that's the first one that was my idea.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Probably my road-kill costume for creativity, and for technical ingenuity (sp?) my faerie costume, complete w/ handmade veil and wings. I worked really hard on that one, to make it work. It came out great.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I have about 50 dream costumes I want to make, lol. Let's see, some of them would be Whazzat Kangaroo from Zoobilee Zoo, Tokyo MewMew, Harley Quinn... I have so many, it's hard to remember them all, lol. I really like a challenge, when I have to sit down and think, "Okay, how the heck am I gonna make this work?"
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Well, my most memorable costuming experience (as I'm new to anime cosplay) would probably have to be walking around school in my road kill costume. Part of it involved an eye patch covered w/ fake skin, and a fake eyeball, so it looked like my eye had popped out. It was so much fun grossing people out.
Do you participate in masquerades?
I haven't been to any conventions yet, but I hope to soon, and I might participate.
What was your best masquerade experience?

Have you won any awards for your costumes?
I won most creative (or was it scariest?) in 7th grade for the road kill costume. Told you, it was great!
Tell us a little about yourself
I work at a gas station (yay), but I'll be going to school in the fall. I want to be a music teacher, specifically high school choir. My entire life is all about music in some way. I'm a wiccan. I live w/ my mom, 2 cats, a fish, and a parakeet. I love dogs. I love dragons too, and vampires are hot. So is Wolverine, from x-men. I love to read and write fanfiction. My 3 fave movies are Labyrinth, Legend, and Rocky Horror Picture Show. I love camping. I'm a pisces. I love horses, and hopefully I'll start taking riding lessons in July. I love to sing, but I'm shy about singing solo. I love all kinds of music. I collect My Little Ponies. I also collect vinyl albums. My fave color is purple.
