My name is Kyou. I am currently 21 year old. I am enrolled at Stockholm University, where I study Japanese full time. In the future, I want to move to Japan and become an English teacher, or a voice actor. When I don't spend all my time studying, I hang out with friends and boyfriend.

What got you into cosplay?
Cosplay it the closest you can get to meeting your favourite characters in real life. Since I enjoy other people's cosplay so much, I thought that it would be only fair of me to do the same for them. Plus that it's amazingly fun to be able to live your own dream as the character you like.
What was your first costume and why?
L from Death Note, because it is such an easy cosplay to make, costume-wise X'D
What is your favorite costume and why?
Well, my Lavi, of course. It's the costume with the most fun memories attached to it.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I have come to stop thinking about myself as a single cosplayer, and thus, I no longer have any dream cosplays for myself; only for my group.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Närcon 2008; the first time that Sweden Ace Cosplay got together.
Do you participate in masquerades?
From time to time.
What was your best masquerade experience?
Appearing in the skit competition together with Sweden Ace Cosplay at Närcon 2008.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
One; our D.Gray-man cosplay won the prize for "Best Group" on Närcon 2008.
