What got you into cosplay?
Everyone else (at cons and online) was doing it. And well I don't like to live in reality. It doesn't help that Halloween is my favorite holiday.
What was your first costume and why?
Gaara of the Desert from Naruto. He was and still is my favorite character. I chose to do him because in my head the costume was relatively easy. Despite what people might think. Also I wanted my first Cosplay to be something people would look up to and think "wow that guy must have been cosplaying for years." I been wearing that Gaara for years. at least once at every con.
What is your favorite costume and why?
Probably my Gaara because it still amazes people even to today. Just this past Otakon I got in the center of the circle for the photo shoot and some guy yelled out "Hey! It's you!" But My Itachi with Sharinglasses comes in at a close second. BTW: any one seen a lost fox?
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
hmmm... I would want to evolve my Gaara into Shukaku possessed Gaara with the face and the Arm... ok I'm not describing it well... uh Watch the show. but until then I want to do the Kazekage gaara. with the Blue robe and all. I also want to do some "Major" villains from the Resident Evil serise.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Probably AUSA 06' because I meet so many cool people.
Do you participate in masquerades?
Yes, I was apart of the Anime Mid-Atlantic Masquerade. a group of about 30 of us got on stage and did the Caramelldansen. We got the whole crowd involved!
What was your best masquerade experience?
Just read above... that's my only masquerade experience.
