What got you into cosplay?
I was looking around and I came across this website and I was like "wow that looks like fun" then I asked my younger brother if he was interested he loved the idea and we haven't looked back since.
What was your first costume and why?
My first costume was TimeJump Tenten. I picked Tenten because I am a lot like her, I'm a tomboy, my team (family) is mostly males minus my mother. I do karate, I love weapons. I recently bought LOADS of weapons at the last convention I went to.
I look somewhat like tenten, and I just love how she handles her crazy teammates.
What is your favorite costume and why?
I've only done Tenten so far but I will be doing Hiei soon from Yu Yu Hakusho, and I'm going to say that will probley be my favorite, but as of right now, Tenten, because she's a very unpopular character.
Do you have a dream costume you'd like to make?
I love Tenten but, Hiei by far is a dream costume for me.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Anime Boston had to of been the best convention yet. There was so many people, and they were so nice. It was our first cosplay and we were really nervous but everyone was just so overly nice to us it made it a very memorable experience even teh Shinigami (sp?) during Capture the Barrel treated us awesome.
AnimeNext would only be brought up because I met my boyfriend there and tons of friends that we are now going to conventions with.
Do you participate in masquerades?
not yet, I'm still too nervous to participate in them. But maybe eventually.
Have you won any awards for your costumes?
No, I'm to scared to go infront of people and let them judge the costume.
Tell us a little about yourself
I've recently finished college, I got a degree in Graphics Design but as of right now I'm not in my own career feild.
I have a family and their awesome, they are really supportive of our little obession with these Cosplays.
My hobbies I guess would be Karate, I've been doing it since I was 5 1/2 years old, I love it to death.
I do love to draw but I don't do it often because I don't normally have a lot of time to sit around and just draw, nor do I have enough space.
I am 20 years old, but no one believes me because I am as everyone knows only 4'11. I look to be about 15 or 16 but hey it's not always bad.
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
hmm I dunno, I guess my friends. There awesome I'm dragging a bunch of them down with me to do a huge cosplay can't wait for that.
