Technically Captain Kuro (One Piece) for Halloween 05.
The first cosplay I put actually effort into was Haku (Naruto) for Kcon 06.

Cloud from Advent Children with a complete 6-piece First Tsurugi sword.
What has been your most memorable cosplay experience?
Kumoricon 2007. 08 was fun, but you just can't beat 07.
